Nick Cichella is a graduate of Preston University, where he studied professional corporate management specialization. Between 1998 and 2007, Nick Cichella was an operations manager at LSG Sky Chefs in Caracas. At LSG Sky Chef, Caracas, he led quality assessments performed by airlines, local authorities, and LSG Hygiene Institute.

Subsequently, in 2007, he founded Logistica Y Distribucion Latinoamericana, where he developed a new line of products in cooperation with local and international suppliers to meet inflight catering standards. He also introduced HACCP principles and US Food Safety regulations on domestic airlines.

Further, between 2018 and 2021, Nick Cichella served as food safety and quality assurance manager at LSG Sky Chef, Texas. During this period, he trained managers and employees on the 415 FSMA final food safety rule. He also monitored and coordinated routine microbiological testing programs.

Currently, Mr. Cichella works as an operations manager at LSG Sky Chefs, Austin, Texas. Among other responsibilities, he manages different departments’ schedules and budgets.
